I live with an insatiable hunger, an unquenchable thirst for wholeness. A long ago ruefully recognized unachievable aim. For who, surely, not I, however long the time, however accomplished the labor, ever arrives at a fullness of being with nothing else to learn, nothing left to know, nothing more to grow? Though beyond my unquestionable grasp, without my daily quest for this completeness of becoming, my life is a lesser, pointless existence.
